Responsibilities:

1. Class Instruction: Lead engaging and dynamic yoga classes and fitness classes for students of various skill levels, providing modifications and adjustments to ensure a safe and inclusive practice.
2. Client Engagement: Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for students, offering guidance and encouragement to enhance their yoga experience.
3. Continued Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, new techniques, and developments in yoga. Strive for personal and professional growth to enrich the studio's offerings.
4. Schedule Adherence: Maintain punctuality and consistency in class scheduling, ensuring a smooth flow for students and fellow instructors.

Qualifications:

• Certified yoga instructor with a recognized training program *do not need to be registered with Yoga Alliance but it is preferred. 
• Previous teaching experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for promoting wellness and mindfulness through yoga.
• Ability to create a positive and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Be the first point of contact for clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Greet clients, answer inquiries, and assist with any concerns.
2. Membership Management: Effectively explain membership options, assist clients in selecting the right package, and handle membership sales. Maintain accurate and organized client records.
3. Studio Care: Take pride in the appearance of our studio. Ensure it is clean, organized, and a welcoming space for all. Collaborate with the team to address any maintenance needs promptly.
4. Check-in Procedures: Oversee client check-ins for classes, workshops, and appointments. Ensure a smooth and efficient process, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Sales experience and the ability to effectively communicate membership benefits.

Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Opportunity

At Hot Yoga Etowah, we believe in nurturing passionate individuals who aspire to become certified yoga instructors. We are thrilled to announce a scholarship opportunity for any motivated and passionate person looking to teach hot yoga in the area.

Scholarship Details:

1. Coverage: The selected candidate will have their entire course cost covered for an approved online self paced yoga teacher training program.
2. Employment Commitment: In return for the scholarship, the recipient will commit to a predetermined period of employment at Hot Yoga Etowah as a certified yoga instructor. This time period is negotiable and will be determined on an individual basis prior to signing up for yoga certification. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Passion for yoga and a strong desire to share its benefits with others.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal growth and wellness.
• Ability to commit to the agreed-upon employment period post-certification.
