BandAsana is a hot yoga fusion workout that blends intentional yoga flow with resistance-band strength training in a gently heated room, creating a powerful yet balanced practice. The class begins with mindful movement to warm the body, then transitions into low-impact, high-benefit strength work using resistance bands to build muscle, support joint stability, and improve overall endurance.

Once the strength portion is complete, the class shifts back into slower, grounding yoga postures and breathwork designed to cool the body, calm the nervous system, and gradually lower the heart rate. This thoughtful progression allows you to work hard, then recover fully—leaving you feeling strong, open, and centered.

BandAsana is ideal for all levels and especially supportive for those looking to improve strength without high impact. Modifications are always offered, and participants are encouraged to move with awareness and respect for their bodies.

This class is designed to help you feel strong, capable, and grounded—not rushed or chaotic. Modifications are always offered, making Forged in Flow accessible while still delivering a serious burn for those who want it.

Hot Ashtanga & Restorative Flow


This thoughtfully designed class blends the disciplined structure of a heated Ashtanga-inspired flow with the calming, deeply nourishing elements of restorative yoga.


Class begins in a warm room with a steady, breath-led sequence rooted in traditional Ashtanga principles—building strength, flexibility, balance, and focus through intentional movement. Expect purposeful transitions, mindful pacing, and an emphasis on connecting breath to movement to cultivate heat from the inside out.


As the class progresses, the intensity gradually softens. The final portion transitions into restorative postures supported by props, allowing the nervous system to slow, muscles to release, and the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice. Gentle stretching, longer holds, and guided relaxation help melt away tension and restore balance.


This class is ideal for students who enjoy a strong, structured flow but also crave deep rest and recovery. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and reset—strong in body, calm in mind, and centered in breath.

Hot Hatha & Restorative


This grounding class combines the steady, intentional nature of traditional Hatha yoga with the deeply calming benefits of restorative practice, all within a gently heated room.

Class begins with slow, purposeful postures held for several breaths, allowing time to build strength, improve alignment, and deepen body awareness. The heat supports muscle relaxation while encouraging focus, patience, and mindful breathing. Transitions are unhurried, giving students space to truly feel each pose rather than rush through it.

In the second half of class, the practice softens into restorative postures supported by props. Longer holds, gentle stretches, and guided relaxation invite the body to release tension and the nervous system to downshift. This restorative portion helps balance the effort of the earlier poses, leaving you feeling open, calm, and refreshed.

This class is ideal for those who prefer a slower-paced, alignment-focused practice and want the added benefit of deep rest and recovery.

Iron & Intention


Iron & Intention is a strength-focused class designed to build power, endurance, and confidence while staying grounded in mindful movement and breath. Set in a warm room that gradually increases in heat as the class progresses, this practice challenges both body and mind in a balanced, intentional way.

Class begins with a 10-minute warm-up using dynamic movement and light flow to awaken the muscles, mobilize the joints, and prepare the body for strength work. From there, we move into a focused strength-training segment, using weights and functional movements to target major muscle groups while maintaining proper form and controlled breathing. The rising heat supports muscle engagement, circulation, and a deep, effective workout.

The final portion of class transitions into stretching and mat-based yoga, allowing the heart rate to slow, muscles to lengthen, and the body to recover. This intentional cool-down helps restore balance after the work, leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed rather than depleted.

Iron & Intention is ideal for students who want a challenging workout with a mindful edge—where strength is built with purpose and movement is guided by awareness.
