Kenpo is more than martial arts—it’s a foundation for confidence, discipline, and respect, helping students navigate life with strength and self-control.
Our Kenpo Cubs Balance & Movement class is a gentle introduction to Kenpo Karate fundamentals and yoga-inspired movement, thoughtfully designed for toddlers. Through playful drills, simple poses, and guided movement, children begin developing balance, coordination, body awareness, and controlled motion in a safe and encouraging environment.
This class introduces foundational concepts found in both karate and yoga, including focus, listening, following directions, posture, breathing awareness, and respect for space. Activities are short, engaging, and developmentally appropriate, helping toddlers learn how to move with intention while having fun.
